  Sew free garment now is popular on the market, and people are using hot air or hot roller to place adhesive tape for fabric binding or edge hemming but somehow it is not sure whether the binding force is firm or not. to avoid this problem, we develop new method by using ultrasonic principle which can create an instant heat to have tape bind with other materials immediately.

  -sonic frequency 20khz -sonic power max 600 watts with adjustable output suitable for different melting point of adhesive binding -working speed 0-20 meters per minute -binding tape guide range 12 to 26mm (standard 26mm) - design roller up/down motion by air cylinder and with micro adjustment for pressure - driven motor upper design roller and lower horn revolving by variable speed control motor and suitable for most of stretch and non stretch fabric processing.
