• Usage of machine

  The machine is with heater device, and suitbale for water base or solvent base adhesive laminating. It is used for lingerie industry that require less coating adhesive and firm laminating and soft hand feeling works.

• Machine construction

  1st material for receiving spray adhesive, Its surface unwinding device with separate driven motor to feed out material without tension and with edge control edvice spray booth with anti-explotion vacuum motor under the vacuum chamber to suck the extra residue out from the working booth and equipped with sliding panel to adapt different width of fabric adhesive spray.All side-wall of booth with teflon fabric for easy cleaning. 2 sets of spray sevice, each with 2 precise spray guns, to and fro spray alternatively for more uniform adhesive spray and more fast laminating speed than before spray gun movement by speed control motor 2nd material with center air shaft driven motor, and edge and tension control unit to lead out the material for laminating with 1st material heater plate with transfer conveyor and equipped with pre laminating and main laminating roller for smooth material laminating.

• Before rewinding laminated goods will pass through weight balance wheel for rewinding tension control and finall goods will be rewinded at center shaft rewinding devcie with separate speed control
