• Usage of machine

  The machine is without Heater device, and suitable for one compoment solvent base moisture curing polyurethane adhesive coating. It is widely used for lingerie industry that require less coating adhesive and firm laminating and soft hand feeling works.

  Polyurethane foam, soft lycra, microfiber, spandex or non woven fiberfil tpu film or mesh fabric etc.

  1st material for receiving spray adhesive, with surface unwinding device and separate driven motor to feed out material without tension also with edge control device spray booth with anti-explosion vacuum motor under the vacuum chamber to suck the extra adhesive out from spray booth and euqipped with sliding panel to adapt different width of fabric adhesive spray. And all side-wall of booth with teflon fabric for easy cleaning. 2 sets of spray device, each with 2 precise spay guns, do to and fro spray alternatively 2nd material with center air shaft driven motor,and edge and tension control unit to lead out the material for laminating with 1st material. Material transfer mesh conveyor with pre laminating and main laminating roller for material laminating smoothly and no pulling the fabric. Before rewinding, laminated goods will pass through weight balance wheel for rewinding tension control. And finally goods be rewinded at center shaft rewinding devcie with separate speed control.
