  This machine is using bandknife and wooden template to trim regular foam pad and get semi raglan pad,also it can trim the edge of fiberfil and then put to molding machine to mold and get molded shoulder pad with edge softer.

  1/2HP×1 for bandknife plus 1/10HP×2 for knife grinding.

  Depends on worker efficiency,normally the cutting speed will be 1000-1200 pairs per 8 hours.
