• Character of machine

  Fully auto forming of smooth and lofty pad this machine has adjustment possibilities for pad size and thickness and speed of filling.

• Operation

  Insert base materal (cotton or polyester tow) into machine's fiber opening unit, then it will be opened as fiber flake and pass through aero channel to form a pad filler (shape will be as per template), Then through heater plate for pad shape hot setting and reach needle punching zone for lofty needle punching, finally filler pad will come out from transfer conveyor.

• Driven motor

  1hp for material feeding, 3hp for fiber opening and 1/2hp for dry air blowing and 2hp for transfer mesh belt and 3hp for air blower+Heater 3kws/3phase.
