• Character of machine

  This machine equipped with only one cnc controller but with two basting heads for pad basting, so per cycle can sew 2 pads ,it is able to sew all types of sewing patterns (streight line or zig-zag pattern etc), labour saving and no need skill worker.

• Sewing head

  Use our own specially design lockstitch basting head with extra longer arm suitable for all sizes of pad basting sewing speed max 900 rpm.

• Capacity

  Depends on quantity of stitching points, normally each cycle about 20-30 seconds, and each cycle can get 2 big pieces of basting pad and then separate in the middle of pad by seperating machine type dm-021sc and form 4 pairs of basting pads.

• CNC controler

  Driven by cnc controller and teaching memo device with max 100 patterns memories.

• Pad basting area

  Length 40-350mm and width about 40-225mm, wider pad basting range available upon request.

• Operation

  Quite easy, operator just prepare pad materials and place at two sew clips and press auto start then sew clips will bring two sets of pad materials for basting at same time,after sewing, pads will be taken out by machine arm and then you can execute next cycle.

  2100x1900x2000mm (lxwxh).
