• Usage of machine

  It is used for molding speical nonwoven material with low melty fiber content and form a non-woven bra cup.

  To prevent material sticked to the mold during mold opening, we design air cooling device to cool after molding and the upper and lower mold can be open and close seperately.

  It can load one set of mold with 2 cavities so per cycle can produce one pair of cup.
