Using oscillating blade driven by servo motor to cut foam block into a regular foam shoulder pad, the whole cutting system is automatic and controlled by plc programmer, servo motor light in weight, cutting unit moving smoothly, less noisy, knife oscillating speed and cutting speed adjustable, knife running with auto lubrication oil spray.
